The Governors of this very successful Catholic High School wish to appoint a ‘Finance Assistant’ as part of our Administration team. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who will be excited to take a supporting role within the team. Maintain all aspects of the school dining system; including checking online and cash payments for both pupils and staff, ensuring all records are up to date, updating Free School Meals, dealing with pupil and parent dining queries, issuing PINs, liaising with in-house IT and the cashless dining providers regarding any issue chasing outstanding monies and processing of cash for banking.
Monitoring of cashless dining budgets and advising the Business Manager on variances.
Provide financial administration for the Schools Games Organiser: including raising and reconciling invoices and maintaining the SGO account, dealing with all associated queries.
Undertake any other administrative or financial duties appropriate to this grade, as directed by the School Business Manager.

The job will be paid at Grade 4 and is term time only, 16.25 hours per week (16 hours 15 minutes). The successful applicant will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 10.45am to 2.00pm. The full time salary would be in the range of £18,426 to £19,171. However, as this is a part time contract and term time only, the actual salary will be in the range of £6,811 to £7087 per annum.
